Cheryl Duke, Adoption Home Study Texas

I am a licensed professional counselor approved to conduct pre and post-adoptive home study evaluations, custody social study evaluations, as well as provide counseling services to adoptive families.  Unlike other home study agencies I work for myself, as an independent evaluator.  I will personally be taking every step of your adoption journey with you, and I consider it a great honor to do so.  I have gained invaluable experience not only in the adoption field, but also as a forensic evaluator for Comal, Hays, Guadalupe, and Bexar counties and genuinely enjoy traveling across the state meeting and assisting prospective families.

Anna-2.webp

My professional history is primarily in education where I worked as a middle school English/Language Arts teacher and later as a school counselor.  It was during our adoption journey that I was inspired to pursue a career as a home study provider and help others grow their family through adoption.
